Terms and conditions of Camping La Semnadisse  

of 1 January 2023   

We kindly ask you to take note of the following general terms and conditions.   

Booking conditions  
You can book a parking space, a mobile home or the farmhouse by e-mail or directly on site. You will receive an email with the bank details for the deposit. Once we have received the deposit, the reservation is confirmed. You hereby accept the booking and cancellation conditions below.  
Subletting or transfer of a booking is not possible without the prior consent of the campsite.   

Prices and tourist tax
The prices shown are valid for the current year.
The tourist tax for campers (renters of tents and mobile homes) is € 0.22 per night per person over 18 years old. For the small farmhouse, the tourist tax is 2.2% of the accommodation costs.   

Terms of payment
You must pay the remaining amount on the spot (please note, card payment is not possible).   

Cancellation and rebooking
Rebooking: Changes to your booking are possible free of charge, subject to free places at the campsite.
If there is no notification from you about a changed arrival, the accommodation can be offered elsewhere 24 hours after the arrival date stated in the contract, you will lose your right to the booking.
Unused services: Stays interrupted or shortened at your initiative (late arrival, early departure) will not be reimbursed.
Cancellation by the campsite: In case of cancellation by the campsite, the stay will be fully refunded, except in case of force majeure. However, the cancellation does not entitle you to compensation.
Cancellation by the camper: If you have to cancel your stay with us during the high season, you will receive your deposit back after deduction of € 35 administration costs if you cancel 30 days before arrival. In the low season you can cancel 14 days before arrival, minus € 35 administration costs. Cancellation less than 30 or 14 days prior to arrival is non-refundable unless you find a replacement or there is a guest on the waiting list.
It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance.   

Stay
Arrival: Arrival for tents and motorhomes: from 12 noon. Arrival rental accommodation: from 4 pm or by appointment.
Departure: Departure no later than 11:00 am for motorhomes and rental accommodations. If you have opted for self-cleaning for rental accommodations, the accommodation must be delivered absolutely clean, otherwise a cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged. Fees will be charged for broken or damaged items.   

Pets
Pets are welcome. A surcharge of € 2.50 per night will be charged per pet. Dogs must be on a short leash all the time. You are welcome to ask where your dog can be let loose (provided the dog is well recallable). Dog poop bags are freely available at the campsite.   

Traffic
You can drive directly to the pitch or to the rental accommodation. The speed is limited to 10 km/h.   

Farm animals
There is an absolute ban on feeding and petting the animals. We have animals with allergies or special food. However, the children (and adults) are welcome to help with the daily feeding and care of the animals, and the correct handling of the animals will be explained.   

Equipment rental accommodation
Duvets and pillows are provided in the mobile homes and in the cottage; You must bring your own bed linen (sheets, towels, etc. as well as plastic covers for the children beds).
If you want to use a mobile cot, high chair, potty or simple buggy, you can do so free of charge while stocks last. This only applies to users of our rental accommodations.
