Our mobile homes are fully equipped. You will find cooking facilities with all necessary inventory, a fridge, etc. There are duvets and pillows, but towels, sheets and all other linen you have to bring yourself.
All are set under roof cover with very spacious wooden verandas the full length of the mobile home (from 7 to 10 meters long), more like a wooden chalet. They have an in- and outside dining area plus summer kitchen and lounge bed/-settee, most of it vintage furniture right from a typical French flea market... Two comfortable deckchairs, a large wooden picnic table and a large fire pot for cosy camp fires are available for you outside the caravan.

To be clear, these are dated mobile homes without running water (no toilet/shower; jerry cans available). Each one sleeps at least 2 adults and 2 children.
The larger ones contain up to 3 bedrooms and 9 berths. There are several cots for babies and high chairs at your disposal.
Next to the mobile home a small tent may be pitched (no extra costs when the number of persons is not exceeded).

The available area per mobile home as well as per tent is extremely large i.e. between 750 and 2000 m2.

For those that come with their own tent, there are 3 different fields available with a limited number of electricity points. Here the pitches are extremely spacious as well (see under Campsite).

We have an attractive little farmer's cottage (gîte) for rent with a maximum of 7 berths (2 spacious bedrooms upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs); a large private garden comes with the house. There is a wood burning stove/open fireplace, but central heating as well. Washing machine, microwave, water cooker etc.

Prices and paying conditions you will find under price list. There are no extra charges except for the use of the central heating. Costs of cleaning are not included and may eventually be paid for. For more details about situation, lay-out, etc. please send your request to info@semnadisse.com .
